As an international yoga instructor, motivational speaker, and a lover of learning, Erica Yeary is known for her inspirational instructing style and her passion for helping people live their best lives. She has been practicing yoga for over eight years, has a Bachelor’s degree in both Exercise Science and Communication, and a Masters of Public Health in Exercise Physiology. Erica has completed her 500hr Yoga Medicine® teacher training and has been providing individualized yoga instruction for over three years.
By combining a thorough understanding of alignment and anatomy with the joy of balance and movement, Erica’s teaching instills physical, spiritual, and mental strength in anyone she works with. Every client has the opportunity to use Erica’s knowledge of yoga, nutrition, wellness, and exercise to transform their lives, because everyone deserves to feel good.

Our goal is to educate and empower you to understand the function and dysfunction of your body through the integration of eastern and western methodologies. First we start with a one-on-one initial evaluation to get a full understanding of how your mind and body is doing in that present moment. In return, you will get an overview of things we can work on to possibly help you feel better.
Daily work to reach your goals.
After the initial evaluation determines what your body needs to feel better again, Erica will develop an at-home plan for you to complete daily. We will attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help you regain control of your body and mind. This program will meet you exactly where you are and will take no more than 10-15 minutes.
Long term goals achieved!
Your mind and body change over time and so does this method. During each personal yoga session, we will check in to see what is working and what isn't to best serve your body in that moment. As a team, because you are not alone in this, we will work to achieve all the goals you set! Whether your goals are to help your lower back feel better, run faster, or even reduce anxiety, we are here to help you restore your body.
