Join Erica for a four week series on Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 at the Monon Center in Carmel! Combat aches and pains by learning self-myofascial release techniques. This program will use Yoga movements and therapy balls to target problem areas, increase blood flow, and aid in quicker recovery.
When: September 5th - 26th and October 3rd - 24th.
Who: These classes are open to everyone, even if you don't have a Monon Center Membership!
Dealing with an injury, long-term illness, or just looking to move and feel better on a daily basis? This private session is just for you! Yoga movement therapy can include specific postures, myofascial release, pranayama (or breathing techniques), and sequences of poses designed specifically to regain alignment and improve range of motion within your body. During your first session, Erica will gather background information on your current condition and perform a detailed movement analysis. From this information, she will design an at-home program for you to complete daily. Much like physical therapy, you can choose to have follow-up sessions to check in and flow through a yoga program designed specifically for your body. Session packages are available upon request. Times available: Tuesday's 1-2pm, 2:15-3:15pm, and 3:30-4:30pm.
