Ultimate Yoga & Wellness Plan
Yoga & Wellness plans offer a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire through both yoga movement therapy and a detailed wellness plan that caters to YOU!
Training sessions are delivered by e-mail on a weekly basis and are to be completed on your own. The sessions include a warm-up, strength and conditioning, the workout, and mobility exercises.
- Meal planning
- Nutritional coaching
- 5 personalized training sessions per week
- 4 in-home hour long yoga session per month
An invoice will be sent for future payments.
There is a 3 month minimum commitment required for this plan.
Please give Erica a minimum 24 hour notice before you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged in full with no refund.
