Sometimes you just need a few sessions to get your body back in top-notch working order. This is a package we offer to achieve just that.
What's included:
- Six one-hour yoga movement therapy sessions.
- An at-home 10-15 minute yoga program for you to complete daily that will vary depending on your progress.
Cancellation/Reschedule
Please give Erica a minimum 24 hour notice before you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged in full with no refund.
Expiration
Packages expire 1 year after purchase date, so make sure you use them!
